Homestead Deadline Desk ("we") is a small independent business. This page explains exactly what we collect and why. Last updated November 6, 2026.

What we collect

• Your answers to the free tool. These stay in your browser unless you buy the report or kit.
• Your email, if you ask for the checklist or buy. Used only to send what you asked for and deadline reminders.
• If you buy: your answers and anything you type into the optional fields, to build your PDF.
• Basic, anonymous usage counts (page views, tool completions, which video sent you). No cookies for ads, no tracking across sites.

What we never collect

Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, dates of birth, bank details, or card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.

Who we share with

Only the services that run the product: Amazon Web Services (hosting, email) and Stripe (payments). We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with insurers, agents, or marketers.

How long we keep it

Lead emails: until you unsubscribe or 12 months after the deadline passes. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete your data any time by replying to any of our emails.

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
